Android Caller Id - open to bidding

Hello Sweety ,, I need an app for android devices the app about caller id ( like truecaller ) 1 : copy contacts data for every installed device in our database ( php/mysql ) 2 : i need a simple backend with username and password to manage the database like invalid name , invalid number etc.. 3 : simple design ( material design ) with some options like search by number ,, how manyof database contain now ,, 4 : every user must have a profile photo with his/her number stored in our database 5 : every number can have more one name and all names showen in list when the users make a search about the number 6 : the app must have a firewall for antivirus , cleaner apps ,, etc thats all .. thank you :) ,, waitin ur price and i need this app asap
