The scope of this work comprised of Mobile Application and Web Portal, which will provide all the services to mobile application. Mobile application will be used to collect inspection data from sites and stored at back end web portal. Web portal will also be available to all users according to Access Control List (ACL), to perform operations related to system configuration, data definition and data manipulation, and reports. ACL component is required for security, authentication, authorization and access control. The web portal will provide access to highly customizable reports to the users to facilitate decision making. The web portal will be integrated with our in-house SAP server via middleware. The web portal will be responsible for storing and fetching customer purchase related data from the SAP server in order to provide up-to-date data to the sales officer on mobile application. I have a working android app that has most of the features you required for the andorid app, namely taking customer surveys, signatures, questionnare etc and reporting them when internet is available(so it does work in offline mode in order not to waste any data), that info are available in a backend server for later review.
