Android Application - Answering machine

Hi Bidders! I would like you to implement an application for the Android OS. The specification is as follows: [MANDATORY] 1. The application should be able to answer phonecalls automaticly. 2. The application should answer phonecalls from number that are specified in a textfile located on internet. - This file does only need to be fetched once at first startup AND - If user selects to update. 3. The application will play a prerecorded message to the caller and then hang up. [OPTIONAL] 4. The user should be able to record Several different messages that are stored on the memory card. And when they are played back to the caller it may contain: "You now have two options. Press 1# for information or press 2# for customer support" If the caller presses 1 or 2 then a new pre recorded message will be played.
