Android App for fast repeating screen taps

This is for use with the “Adidas Confirmed” app. They release hot shoes this way. It’s a bit of a lottery system, as they grant tickets to the fastest screen tappers when the countdown clock expires. Need an app that will tap the screen repeatedly at much-faster-than-human speeds when this occurs.
It needs to be an app that anyone with an Android phone can download and use. I am open to ideas on how it starts, but what I am envisioning is: 1) Open your app 2) Open Adidas Confirmed App 3) when the countdown clock is close to expiring I either tap the screen once, OR, what would be cooler, is pushing a button from your app that overlays on the Adidas Confirmed app and then it starts rapid-fire tapping the screen. It must start the tapping before the countdown clock actually expires, so manual starting is probably best.
Once the live screen is tapped it takes you to another screen that tells you whether you were successful or not. I am unsure whether continuing to tap on the successful message does anything or not, I don't think it does but if the tapping could stop at this point it would be best, so maybe a manual stop button overlating the screen as well once the tapping is started?
I know there are macro-programs that can supposedly do this, but none seem to work with Android for this Adidas Confirmed app, plus I want something custom and unique that I can name.
