Android App to Download & Install App Data With Secure Customer Login

We need an app designed that can do the following: 1. Require customer to login with username and password. - Would link to a .htpasswd file on a server. - Remember user so they do not have to login every time. - Customers would already have a username and password, so we do not need a registration option. - Would need standard response messages linked from our membership software, such as wrong password, invalid username, expired account, etc. 2. Option to download and install an APK file from our server. - APK file would be in a password protected directory and customer would need to be logged in with their username and password before they can download it. 3. Option to download a .zip file and extract it to the app data directory. - Also would be located in a password protected directory on a server so customer would need to be logged in. - Would need to be cross compatible with any Android device so it always goes to the right right location where app data is stored.
