Alarm Clock iPhone App

I want to make a unique Alarm Clock App for iPhone. I want it to have all the basic features, snooze feature, etc. Nothing too fancy, the basic stuff is fine. But it will have a unique theme with unique sound effects. I will provide the sound effects and any other graphics needed. I don't have a big budge for this project, so price will be a big factor in my decision. If you have made other Alarm Clock apps, that's a big plus.
