Add New Feature : offline caching with SQLlite in Android

Hi ! I have one exciting android application for quote, which use php api for get data. I want make one offline feature in application which enable store offline data and when user start application and if internet available than application check for new available data and download it if there new data available in server side. Note : This is working application and need just add offline storing function with SQLlite. Lets talk and start now Thanks
