Account access interface required for Android

We already have a web admin panel for a casino point transfer for which every time user needs to go to webpage and type URL and login to his admin panel and transfer points to users. Instead of this we need a simple app in which: ~ User will open app ~ Select User (New or existing) ~ Type Points to be transferred ~ Use his User PW ~ Use his Pin and "Submit" There will be another option required in this app it is about "Points En-cashment request from Players" and SUMBIT Total we need 3 applications they all are similar just difference is: Admin application Distributor application Dealer application
