A mini eBook like native app for iOS

The idea: I am planning to release a series of ebook like native apps and need a Xcode project for the same for 1 app. I should be able to import this app project into Xcode and add text/image/videos to it to complete the book and then publish it. I should be able to reuse the app project/template to publish new eBooks. Tech: You'll probably be using UITableView and UITextView, along with what appears to be a series of arrays or plists for the data and images. It wouldn't have any complex interactivity other than tapping on a row of a table or the buttons. It does use the UIPageViewController, for the "page flipping". What I really need: I am looking for someone to work with long term as I intend to evolve the app. I'll need a separate iPad version of this app right after this one. Is there another easier way (other than me using Xcode) for me to be able to add content to it? Am I able to import a PDF file into the app? Or would you add content for me and guide me? UI: I need a basic yet iOS 7 like flat UI and have the PSD files for the same that you can use or update as required. I have the wireframe that you can follow and add to.
