craigslist posting

This project is about completing an existing mobile cross platform application that does some special data gathering/entering and facilitates publishing the data into Craigslist. The application was built last year and in 90% completed situation and so close to being published was stopped due to the changes in Craigslist. We thought we let Craigslist to stabilize and then continue the development since we needed some significant changes in terms of how we communicate with Craigslist. Unfortunately the developer who has done the application is busy with other tasks so we are putting this up for bidding. We would like all the bidders to read this document very carefully and understand the needs and then respond. What is the application built on? The current application is built on Xamarin using MVVMCross framework and lots of portable classes. The whole business logic is in form of portable libraries which can be easily used for other platforms. Although our first target was (and still is) iOS but only less than 30% of the code is iOS specific (only UI plus some small other modules)
