Android & iPhone/iPad app for an Ecommerce website

We need to create an app for both iPhone/iPad and Android smart phone.

1. The app need to be integrated with Magento community edition 1.7 ecommerce website.

2. App should be controlled from magento admin.

3. It also need to be compatible with Apple apps store and Google play.

4. App has to be developed using core native languages.

5. Most of the UI will come from \"REI\" app and \"Google Play\".

Also see attached some detailed app work flow chart. Sample App with imp feature is also there with me.
