Ad Iphone app

I want an app that all it does is displays a bunch of CPI ads which i will setup with a marketing company. The way the program will work is all the account data will be just the iphone its self meaning you couldnt log in any where the data is from your phone. but its still unique. Once the person opens the app the phone cannot sleep, and it just displays ads, with a tiny tiny bar at the bottom of how much money they have gained. The way they gain money is 50% of whatever ad revenue i make from the ad company and the calculation also has to do with how long they have kept the app open. On the little display bar there will be a payout button payable to paypal.
