Would like a App created for both Iphone and Android to allow - SMS/MMS disabled if the phone is moving more than 5mph, - will keep SMS disabled for 1 minute after stopping from a speed 5mph+ - on receival of SMS an Automatic sending of a return SMS stating that the person is currently driving and will SMS back ASAP will be sent. - Password would enable/disable the APP in allowing SMS function at speed. - cant uninstall APP without password. - would need to allow SMS blutooth readers to still work. Applications would be owned by me, Probrably call the APP " SMS STOP" Would need to run in the background Have a catchy visual page for the settings and password section.
