Create an iPhone app

I need a native Iphone app. App should implement functionality provided SDK,( Details would be provided to selected freelancer) App should be able to set dynamic background and color imformation given on CMS App should maintain user profile (back end already available) All events of SDK should be notified and updated on backend database. I need this in 7 days, if things workout well the freelancer might also be hired for developing android app. Please reply with exact time you need for the project & price.
