Create Very Simple Cocos2D IOS Mobile Appliaction

I am a graphic designer creating a simple minimal game. My project requires a programmer proficient in Xcode and Cocos2D. The project will be IOS only, although it must be compatible with IOS 8, and of course, be universal for each device. There will be 3 pages to the app. The Menu page, The Gameplay page and the Game over page. I have designed all of them in photoshop. The main aim of the app is for the character to avoid the walls, whilst moving in a vertical linear direction, similar to many endless dodger style games. I have a very clear idea of what the game should do and I will provide more information upon hiring as to project specifics. Features - 1) Endless gameplay - Score number relating to distance travelled 2) Simple gameplay - The characters direction will be controlled by one touch on an IOS device. 3) Chartboost integration - This is my preferred Ad network which will need to be integrated. This game should not take more than a day or two for a programmer with the correct skillset, due to its simple nature, however, the end result must be of high quality. There is a high chance of extra work available, upon completion to add extra features such as IAPs and bonuses, for an additional fee of course.
