Create Android App from iPhone App & Programming Docs

I have 2 iPhone apps in beta right now. Whomever is awarded this bid, will likely do a second app if this one is done well. We simply want to reproduce 99% of the same experience as the user is having with the iPhone version of the app. Design documents will be forwarded to those we screen as "potential candidates". The first phase of our selection process is to see examples of Android apps you (or your company) already have completed. If we feel the experience is adequate, we will ask you to sign an NDA, and we will then provide the design documents for a more refined bid. While we need for all bidders to submit some sort of bid amount, we will not hold you to that bid until you have time to review the design documents. All work will be milestone driven. The current application has aproximately 22 screens.
