Whether you will award me the project or not but I think as a bidder its my responsibility to suggest the best. Instead of going for a separate native mobile apps (IOS, Android, Windows 8 and BB) I suggest to make your forum website responsive. There are lots of advantages of making a website responsive. 1. Only one source code to maintain and manage. 2. Easy to add/update and delete any features which will reflect on all the devices. 3. Quick turn around. Saves lot of time and 4. Very cost effective.
