Cocos2d simple animation

HI..... i need some one help to put some small animation in my game.... when character jump hig so it will move 360 degree with there sprite.... & also put animation for abstacle...... these are very small animation......i know it will take 2 or 3 hours for one who know what they are doing..... let see some one... Thanks budget is 40$-60$
