App Development

I need to get a simple app developed for Android, Iphone, Windows Phone as well as a HTML5 version of the app for tablets, other phones, and computers. THe app is simple it is just 3 tabs 1) the starting page will just have a small photo slider show with some text. 2) The second page will need to be a 360 rotation of an object there need to be able to switch as there will be 3-5 different objects to have 360 degrees of. 3) THe third page needs to resemble a spec sheet and at the end have two buttons, 1. will link to a web page, the 2. lead them to a form to fill out to email us. The web page needs to do multiple things. 1) when the page is load it should detect what os is coming to the site if it is one with an app offer to go download it or use the web version. 2) if there is no compatible device it will just load web app. 3) The web app should have the exact same features and use as the above app description 4) The web app should be completely scalable to look good on any screen size
