Add Advertising to Existing UIWebView-based Game

I have an existing game on the iOS app store. The game is simply a UIWebView displaying an HTML5/JS based game. I'd like your help doing the following: - adding an ad banner to the bottom from a major ad network (leaning towards AppLovin at the moment) - select an icon to allow the user to turn off ads via in-app purchase - add code to inject the icon into the UIWebView, and intercept clicks, allowing the user to make the in-app purchase and then disable ads.
