An Android app for a wordpress blog with mobile push notifications for each new blog post and each new blog comment

Greetings. I want an Android app (apk file) for a wordpress blog with mobile push notifications for each new blog post and each new blog comment sent to each one who installs the app and signs in to the blog. They should be able to optionally switch off the notifications for either new posts or new comments separately. It should be based on a framework which is updated regularly to match the android updates and should work on all android devices from lower versions.
