Browser application for Ipad/Iphone

I'm building a prental control application for iOS and I need a prototype. I need a simple application that has an address bar that you can enter a URL and this URL will be browsed to, also I need a stop button to stop loading the page. The important part for me is having some sort of callback I can place my logic in for the URL entered at the bar, and every URL that the user clicks on the page itself, and in this callback I'll be able to change the URL to a new URL. Also a big plus is the ability to be able to have this callback called for each url that is loaded during the page load (the images, js, and all the web elements) The application will use Webkit and support iOS 4.3 The callback will look like this String URLCallback(String sURL,bool bFromAdressOrClick) If I return a new string then it will use the new url
