Automated authentication for 802.1x wireless networks on iOS (iPhone/iPad)

We need a iOS application to simplify authentication of wireless networks that use 802.1x protocol. Apple provides several authentication protocols for 802.1x wireless networks (see the link: [login to view URL]) For an average user, it is difficult to setup these settings using the native capabilities of the iOS. We would like a software with a "user" and "password" where the user complete the fields and click a "connect" button. Simple! ## Deliverables The software would be responsible for registering in the network's SSID (SSID is fixed) and choose the algorithm for authentication/encryption as predefined by our network wireless. The software can be developed in English language, but the final version should accept strings in "Portuguese" that we send to you. --- Here some question/answers that may help you understand the project: 1) Could you please provide more information about the application,like wireframes, detailed description if you have. - We need a aplication like "Easy Wi-Fi for AT&T" in Apple Store ([login to view URL]). We work with a small Brazilian Telecom Company, that have free Wi-fi HotSpots for their customers. This application will help the users to connect on these hotspot. The connection need be using 802.1x authentication. The iOS have these authentication natively, but would like an application already pre-configured (with wifi SSID, etc...). The user will input only login and password and the software will connect to the wireless network if available. 2) Do you have design of the application or we have to provide. - You will provide the interface. We have no knowledge of creating interfaces. I believe in one or two simple models that you draw, it will be accepted for the project 3) You need this application for both iPhone and iPad with both the orientations (Portrait and Landscape). - For both iPhone and iPad. Only in Portrait. 4) Is there any interaction with external server if yes then do you have webserive,API or its our responsibility to develop the backend as well. - At this momment, only the authentication in is necessary. We already have an idea for the second version with other features that integrate with our API. However, we will open a new project for this second phase of development and also would like to count with you on this second project in future. 5) You need help to publish de app on Apple Store?
