CSS bugs/improvments in a very small jQuery Mobile App

I have a one page website/app using jQuery Mobile, it currently has a cross browser bug that I'd like sorted out, you can see it in the attached image [login to view URL] I'd really like the app to support the browsers mentioned at [login to view URL] and I'd appreciate you going through and ensuring it meets these requirements. There's also a bug where part of the content becomes hidden on larger screens. You can see this in the image [login to view URL] I'd also like the app to display better on tablets by display part of the content on the right, you can see an example in tablet-view.png. Please note the content on the right will need to scroll independently of the content on the left.
