create a personalized FTP APP

The APP project for BLACKBERRY The application must be supported by the latest versions of the operating system of the phone. User Features: 1.- The user must fill in a form with minimal general data (username, password, email, phone number, address, etc) When finished completing the form, the app displays a message saying that "your account will be activated shortly" 2.-The function of the app is create a folder tree where the user can upload and download any file in any folder you choose, search folders created previously, the user can delete and rename folders and cancel the account. 3.-we will provide you the models for the design of the measures standars of the app (icons, wallpaper, logos, and everything related to design) and give you support within the design. 4.- It is very important that I need some kind of access to the app to manually change the path to the server also edit user data but also the APP must notify me in any way or show me the complete data that the user who wrote when activated the app , this can be an email notification or access to any part of the application where I can view this data.   You will have the possibility of having a web hosting space and mysql database if you need something to make the application. If you use our hosting should tell us what kind of programming language to use so that my programmer can verify. 5.-Once completed and tested the APP in English languaje, you must copy the other app same in Spanish languaje . This means you must give me an app in English and in Spanish the same app (2 apps), these will be connected to the same database or program that you use so that we can see / change the user, according to point 4 of this instruction. keep in mind that you can take examples of similar open source apps that can be found in the markets of Android and Apple, seeking them as "ftp manager, etc." We have a low budget, but future work opportunities for the developer
