Blackberry PLAYBOOK app

Hi, I have the designs and requirements for an application I need developed for Blackberry's new device - the playbook.

I need the application developed ASAP and can pay via paypal.

The app allows you to select certain email addresses and phone numbers that are related to the people who are important to you. So if you receive hundreds of work emails everyday which gets mixed with emails from your personal life (wife, kids). You can select their emails to enter a different inbox or folder so you can easily find messages from them. I am not looking to pay over 100usd for this project so the lowest bidder wins. Preferably communicate via skype.
