A Blackberry App for an E-Magazine

We are the first and only Atheist organization in Turkey. We are a legal association as well as a Non-Governmental Organization and a Legal-Action Club. We are going to begin publishing a free monthly magazine called the Atheist Magazine starting January 2014. We want the BLACKBERRY APP. of this magazine to look like the app in this example. The app we want is SIMPLE. We don't want many features. FEATURES: -In the opening\main page the last issue and the previous issues of the magazine will be visible. -One can be able to download which ever issue they like. -A headlines section is not necessary to click on the news. The magazine can be uploaded as a soft copy \ image, so the pages can be zoomed in and out as one reads the magazine. -There will be a Notification Center in the app so that when the new issue of the app is available it can notify all the subscribers with an alert or a message so that they know the new issue is published. -We also want to be able to notify our subscribers about our association's meetings and events. So, we want to be able to send these notifications in a message or an alert form, so that all of the subscribers of the magazine can also find out about our events. -We don't want the app to be published in the news stand. We want it to be as a separate application with its own icon. -The app will be in Turkish. The buttons and the instructions will be translated by us upon you send us the necessary text to be translated. The graphics will be supplied by us. 100 USD is out final price and 10 days is the deadline.
