Android app sends a custom message to last N unique incoming or missed calls, and closes.
When app opened, it reads latest incoming and missed calls, by time from now, finds N unique numbers (say 5),
to be set in configuration, and sends those N numbers an SMS message.
There should be no interface other than during installation telling the user what this app is doing.
Both the SMS message and installment message should be configurable.
I want an app, and the source code.
In your bid you must answer these questions:
a. Is this possible on Android? - I'll remove this project if it cannot be done.
b. Is it allowed on the Android "Market"? - or must I add some UI before sending the SMS messages?
c. How long will it take you to develop this app?
d. How much do you want for the dev? (You put that info In the bid of course)

I misunderstood what my client was asking of me.
The following is now the new requirement list. It will be finalized on Sunday or Monday.
a. An android app with UI
1. Incoming numbers
1.1 That SHOWS the last 5 incoming numbers (missed or accepted) ordered by the time these calls came in.
1.2 If the details for the number exist in the CONTACTS, show those details.

2. A label above with a factory-customized message, Unicode (so can accept other languages).
Default: (English:) E-Card message. Please choose number.
3. When user chooses number, an SMS is sent to the chosen number.
