I need an application that is a ALARM.
What distinguishes it is the touch that will be triggered at pre-determined time to be awakened will be random and downloaded daily from our servers.
TO SUM UP:
In the application the user chooses which type of message or musical style he wants to be awakened .. are several categories to choose from, and those that are selected will be downloaded to the device randomly among several that already exist in our database audios.
There will be three downloads a day, but the unit will only wake up with a message. The remaining two will be stored on the device as a backup in case no internet signal available the next day so it touches the reserved audio.
This application should be available with the source code for the following languages:
ANDROID: Android Studio
IOS: Swift
Or use the .NET platform (Cordova).
I want during development I can monitor the code through github.

- The Application is an alarm clock. The goal is to wake the user with an audio message.
- In the application the user chooses which type of audio he wants to be awakened. He will choose from the categories and those that are selected will be downloaded to the device randomly among several that will exist on the server.
- Initially the system will randomly chosen three downloads, but the unit will only wake up with an audio message. The remaining two will be stored on the device as a backup in case no internet signal available the next day.

- The audio files to be transferred to the mobile users will be stored in the cloud (I want to hire a Microsoft Azure server (accepted suggestion)
- There will be three screens:
* 1- simple home screen with logo
* 2 where another will be set the time and day of the week that should awaken, in addition to setting the minute nap, etc ... everything a traditional alarm clock has. On this screen the user selects the categories of messages.
* 3- another screen that appears when the application is awakened, with or cancel snooze button.
- After the alarm clock running the system will download in the background the next audio file that will be used the next day.
- For ensuring the system should keep in Cell 3 audio files that have not been played yet. Only will download new files when the audio that exists in the cell was played.
- You must have audio reservation within the cell as if no internet connection already provides the audio of three days.
- The system stores the cell the NAME of the files that have been downloaded so as not to repeat (this can be a database location or a text file).
- When the audio file is played it is physically deleted and replaced by the new download (always at random).
- Remembering that the system should keep the phone always 3 audio files that have not been played, 2 reserve that will only be replaced if they are played on the device.
- The Application name: "Motivational Alarm"
- The titles, labels and text should be stored in string so that the application is multilingual: Portuguese, Spanish and English.
- On the server where the audio files are hosted, there will be three folders: <Portuguese>, <English> <Spanish>.
In each folder there will be a corresponding subfolder category. example:
