I need a good realtime chat application developed with in app purchase for adding stickers and gifts. I need this application done in iOS ,Android and a web panel where I can add stickers and gifts to the app. Preferred Payment method will be outside freelancer if [login to view URL] will be a fixed price job but we can work on milestone basis. I am human. Ignore the bid price. CAn only communicate actual one after reading all specs and evaluating the $8000 limit. I can however roughly estimate the time required for development to be 1.5 months, with the beta out in 30 days. I would also prefer payment out of freelancer.
