Debug and Clean up Music App

I have an app written in phonegap that is running on android and apple currently. The app is mostly complete. I do have some bugging issues that i would like to resolve. The music score player was working greate but has became glitchy. I would also like the user to be able to write lyrics with out a music note or step. I believe that there are some memory issues with the app as well. Just need someone to go in and help clean up the application. I have a budget of up to $500 depending on what all can be done.
