Curl, ping, traceroute, MTR as user installable background function/script

NOTE: If you don't know what MTR is nor have used it, there is no value in your bidding on this project. ***The requirement is that the device not have to be rooted*** IMPORTANT: The user should be able to install this just like any other application. There is no need for user interaction, there would be no controls, nothing to do by the users, simply install, it runs 24/7 and that's all. I have a Linux bash script which requires these tools to function so that we can concert it to Android. That is why I need this process running in the background. We will use simple tests to confirm proper operations. If you cannot show proof of other work on the internet which is clearly yours such as google works or others, please do not bother to respond.
