Creation of Event App for Caribbean Location

Hello, I'm searching for a great Android App Developer to work on several projects and have FUN and SUCCESS doing so. Reasonable bids will be preferred. Criteria: I need to create a Native Android App for Submission to the Google App Store on my behalf. The App must essentially be an Events Listing App and enable users to both List Events into a giant Calendar as well as view Upcoming and Saved Events (upon confirmation of their attendance by submitting email address). The use of Open Source and secured tools are recommended. The App must be able to do the following: 1 Form For Event Information Submission - Possibly Google Forms & Google Drive or if you recommend another method, that would be fine also. 2 App User Profile Login - via Email or Facebook or Twitter or LinkedIn 3 Google Maps Integration - Map must can show Events Nearby App User (Today) 4 Enable User Booking of Event (via Email) 5 The Events selected by the User can be integrated into User Phone's Calendar 6 Admin capability to Upload Event Flyers, Edit Event Details etc 7 List all Events on a Public Calendar (Can be Google Calendar) 8 Possible Purchase of Event Ticket via PayPal (We Can Explore this as a later feature if possible) 9. The User Interface should be simple and beautiful. Think Google's Design - White Background, Simple Colourful Buttons etc. 10.
