Please do not submit inquiries to me without speaking about details in this project specifically. This is real simple. I help people discover the life of using a bicycle as their PRIMARY commuting vehicle. I say "primary" because they will also use public transportation (bus, rail). The problem is, all transportation websites and apps (like google maps) only show directions on how to walk to the nearest bus stop. Yes, they show a bicycle route as an option, but they don't show a combination of biking to the buses. Go to [login to view URL] and plug in any address and get directions to another address, then you'll see it gives the options to either Drive, Walk, Bike, or Bus. When you select the option to use a Bus, it only gives you results and time for what it takes to walk to the bus stop, and walk off the bus to your final destination. My users will be biking to the bus stop and then biking again once exiting the bus. I need to provide a solution that will show people directions assuming they are going to bike instead of walk. Please talk to me about how you will create this app or mobile website, and costs.

You need us to develop a Web/Mobile App which need to show direction and time for cycling to the nearest Bus Stop to catch a bus and direction and time for cycling from the Destination Bus Stop to the Final destination. Presently Google Maps apps shows it only for walkings. We will need to use google api with KML so that we can calculate the cycling distance and draw the cycling route using polyline . Now, the thing is that we believe in a principal that we never make any false commitment or any false quote to our client. So, for this we want to ensure from our end what exact time would require to complete the task. We would require to do a POC (Proof of Concept) before we can provide you the time and cost estimate. For this POC we have made a time estimation and according to developer quote it is $200 but as we know that, in that case you have no profit. So, we have decided that we will sacrifice our profit as well and we will do it in $150 for you. Another thing this will adjust with your total project scope and we will provide you the entire code base and the demo of this POC.
