Create Android App with 15 screens - repost

This application will have 15 medium to low complexity screens. Apart from the basic navigation and event handling stuffs, this application should be able to do the following functions: 1. Access GPS location + Nearest Cell Tower Location calculation. 2. Should be able to access contact book of the phone. 3. Send SMS to selected users from the app. 4. Run as a background Process when the user exits the screen. 5. Should be able to talk to server in WebSockets. All server communication in JSON format only. 6. Provide a very intuitive workflow and screen should look native with additional designs that might be required for the custom buttons, labels etc. 7. This application should run in OS Gingerbread and above and on all screen sizes / resolutions for Phones and Tablets alike. Icons if any should scale properly for varied resolutions. 8. Should be capable of registering for Push Notification from the background service / from GCM (when the user stops the app completely) . I have few screen mockups ready ([login to view URL]) and would like to share more details if the bidder agrees to sign a custom NDA document first. NOTE: I had a couple of bad experiences in Freelancer with Bidders promising me something and delivering something completely different than expected which caused a lot of delays in my projects and personal embarrassment. Please make sure you understand the requirements clearly and each and every items requested should be accurate - when I say a label should be positioned 2px away from the text box, then I means 2px and only 2px; no less no more. So, I am that kind of a customer who wont tolerate carelessness (yes I can read code and I will see what you write too).
