Build an Android App to Process a 2D Matrix

"Aim: Build an android app to scan a 2D data matrix or QR code and automatically send it via PL2303 USB to serial converter Description: We are looking for developers to work on processing our data matrix (2D Barcode) or QR code 1 inch x 1 inch. We need an android app that can process the bar code and automatically send it to the serial port. The number of characters may vary from 500 to 700. The data should be fed in the same order as presented in the file attached.
