Hello From your project description what i got is that you want to manage your bills/receipt. User will login from his mobile application and take a picture of the bills and upload to website on this account via mobile application. i can easily do this for you. For uploading bills i will need database and ftp access of your website so that i can put web services and alter your database. I will also give you 2-3 design samples so that you will get best design of your application. I have several questions from you.
