BLE iBeacon Reader APP for Android

Make a Simple Reader BLE 4.0 iBeacon The Application is simple and should contain only 2 (two) screens: 1. An initial screen Monitoring, and Ranging Listing of ibeacons located in the region, then presenting a Label with the information. 2. By clicking on the Label app should open the second screen with the "Content / URL" set in the located device. 3. The App must in order ScreenLock send a push to the device Message area to be slid also directly opens the Content Screen The project must be delivered in ECLIPSE.
