Automatic image sending from mobile phone

I need a simple Mobile application that will do the following: 1) Take a picture every 1 min from mobile camera. (For 10 mins) 2) Upload each image to a FTP server via GPRS/EDGE/3G or Send the image to a predefined mobile number as a MMS or send the image attached with a email to a predefined email ID. 3) The hole think should be done automatically . 4) By pressing a button the hole cycle should start and should stop automatically after 10 min. I trust this is very easy part of the project. Some other works to do in this application for the winner bidder if I am happy with the work.
