I need a ready set up ADT (Android Development Toolkit) with source code to create an app that just opens a mobile website when it´s launched via webview (the URL is not shown within the app). At the moment I use [login to view URL] but there is a lot of trouble because of malicious ads. In fact I just need the framework to replace the Icon and the URL and build the apk.

Hi, I'll create a very simple development kit with a simple UI to set the logo and the URL with a single button to create the APK for you. (You will only need to pre-install the android sdk and point the kit to the sdk location to make the kit to work). I'll provide the kit as a jar file, and also include the source code for it so you can modify the program in the future. With best regards.
