Android application: Simple True/False Quiz

I need a developer for an Adnroid Quiz App (hypride App or web app) with the following features:
- Login via facebook or e-mail address and password
- The quiz consists of questions that must be answered to the User with "True" or "False"
- After each answer, he comes to the next question
- User can ask skipping (these are not counted)
- Quiz with Timer (45 Seconds (easily changed in the backend by admin), last 10 seconds with red colour)
- sounds for right/false answer, a soundbed during the whole question-round (are delivered by me)
- When the time has expired, the user sees his evaluation (correct answers), place in the highscore.
- User can share the highscore.
- User can start a new round, then other questions will be displayed
