Android Soundboard App

I need a soundboard in the android app store. Base it on this:

I want a very straightforward soundboard with 3 extra items:
1. There are different 'categories' of files. if I click a category the sounds in the list change.
2. I want the sound board configuration to be loaded from a json file. This will enable me to add files later on.
3. I want admob support built in
Also note that I need playback to work consistently on different android devices. The last time I developed a soundboard, certain phones had problems with playback.
I am open to your suggestions on how to get this project done as quickly as possible.
