Small Android App (running on Android 4.1.2 and above), user select a picture file, set the phone number and send it as MMS message. the screen should have 1 field to capture the phone number (no validation needed here), another button to select the file (picture type) and a send button. you should give indication if MMS sent successfully or not. I don't need the UI for this project but the code behind to do such task. (i will use my own UI) so do very simple UI to test the functionality.
