Hello, I am looking to build an interactive app for mobile phones. One where the user can upload their information and have a daily reminder system in place. I want the user to be able to tailor the app to suit them. It is a somewhat complicated design that I have in mind, I will need someone who is very proficient. Can you help me with this? Do you speak english? What is the process that you usually go through to ensure that all legal aspects are met, confidentiality etc.
