Android 2.0+ Application with synchronisation with MYSQL

Need someone to develop an application for Android. - Phones used will most likely be HTC smartphones. - Please see attached PDF for more details on the project. Also required at the end of the project: - Manual installation guide for us (we will install manually the applications on the phone, won't be present on Android market) - Seperate language files for english and Chinese and you must show us where it is, so that we can modify it. - Quick guide on the structure of the application (ie where can we edit the pages displayed, where is the equivalent of CSS in the application,...) Please include the words "Hello world" in either the PM or the post, to show that you have read all the notes. Thanks.
