Android Application - open to bidding

Design Android application allow user to make : 1- "Check IN" Once he enter the store 2- “Take Pictures” to the shelf before and after he finishes his work 3- Allow user to read and write his “ Reports “ 4- Make “Check Out” once he finishes his work 5- “Sync” Reports , location ( check In & Out ) , and Pictures with back office Budget will be discussed when we meet
