I need to build a andorid app which has ability to recognize around 15 shapes each shape allocate with a number, those shapes users will write in pad and according to the shape it should give the corresponding no in a different blank screen. writing pad should be around 3.0 inches height. I tried to find open source or free gesture recognition libraries, I believe either "Open CV" or "[login to view URL]" or "[login to view URL]" or anything else you like. Please let me know the time frame to complete this project and cost for this project, I'm in a little hurry cause I have to submit this before the next semester. :-D
