Affirmation app

An affirmation is a statement that is carefully crafted to address an unwanted pattern and transform it through the use of positive thought. e.g "i am smart, i am greatful, i am positive, success and good fortune flows towards me" I need a app that displays affirmations saved into the program as well as allows the app user to add their own to the database. Must run on all current operating systems(android,ios,windows,blackberry, tablets and cellphones).The app displays affirmations (stored in a database) on a daily schedule with a alarm the user sets (choose what days and what time of day the alarm goes off as a reminder to start). it can also be set to pop up afirmatins on the desktop throughout the day and the user sets thetime interval for how often. The user must be able to " favourite" affirmations they like, share it on social media(facebook,twitter,instegram,etc). ITS VERY important that the user be able to add thier own affirmations also. I need to be able to "push notify" all users. Needs to display google adsense ads(and or other such companies) but also allow the user to purchase the app and disable the ads when they do. App has to be able to run from my own server. App has to collect the users full name, monetary goal they intend to accomplish, what service(job,business,investment) they intend to performto accomplish that goal and the deadline date for its accomplishment... takeing this information and fill into a daily statement they will read every time the app starts on the first page before the other stored or added affirmations pop [login to view URL] will need a home, back and forward navigation bar.
