Because I mastered both android/ios native app skills, I would use android studio/adt for android development, and xcode6.0 for iphone/ipad development 2. As for the login module, usually I would use android-asyn-http for android, and AFNetworking for iphone/ipad. 3. Sorry I cannot give any proposal.

The logins depend on your server side and I can adapt to already existing infrastructure or develop a whole new project for it. 3. The multiplayer game will require more complex server logic, but it's simple enough to synchronize.
