Location: Bangalore & Mumbai B. Designation: Cloud Success Manager D. Date of Join: Immediate E. Tenure: 1 Year extensible to 3 years F. Job Responsibilities a. Evangelize Microsoft O365 platform to Dimension Data clients. b. Conduct Workshops / training session on various Microsoft O365 Workloads. c. Accelerate client adoption of O365 workloads by drawing-up adoption plans/programs for clients based on their organization behaviors/culture. d. Works along with Dimension Data’s Business and technical teams to demonstrate value of the platform (during pre-sales), motive end-users to adopt (during migration) and driving additional workload consumption (post-sale). G. Work Experience a. 8+ years of work experience in technical training of various Microsoft Workloads. b. Must have 3-4 years of experience in training on all O365 Workloads - Exchange Online, Skype for Business Online, OneDriveForBusiness, Yammer, Teams, SharePoint Online. H. Skillsets a. Must have acumen to be able map business requirements to various O365 workloads feature/functionality and showcase benefits. b. Intermediate to Expert knowledge of Microsoft O365 Workloads from a Feature/Functionality, Product versions – Exchange Online, Skype for Business Online, OneDriveForBusiness, Yammer, Teams, SharePoint Online. c. Intermediate to Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint. d. Familiar with Microsoft O365 Portal Navigation to analyze client consumption of various workloads. e. Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills and ability to work in a team and contribute effectively. f. Must have valid Microsoft Certifications on O365. Others like SharePoint, Office Productivity Certification would be Preferred. I. Others a. Highly Self-motivated & willing to continuously learn and keep updated. b.
